Agnieszka Lennan, the founder of Designing Faces and Certified Master trainer in Cosmetic Tattooing, has over 25 years of experience within both the beauty and cosmetic tattooing industry. Agnieszka has had extensive training in Germany, Poland, Hong Kong & Australia to broaden her skills and techniques within both Beauty & Cosmetic Tattooing Industries.
Agnieszka’s knowledge, passion, precise and detailed work shows for itself through her extensive portfolio of work as well as our ongoing positive feedback and support from clients. Agnieszka’s expertise and eye for detail to create the perfect shapes and designs for her clients allowing every client to leave feeling delighted and gratified.
Allana - Advanced Technician + Skin Therapist
Allana has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry & is passionate about assisting you to be the best version of yourself.
Allana prides herself on thoroughly understanding state-of-the-art skin and beauty treatments. She enjoys sharing her knowledge to her clients about how to improve and how to continue to best take care of their skin.
Allana has a passion for perfecting eyebrows Designing Faces signature technique. As the saying goes, Allana believes, "there is nothing more powerful than a great set of eyebrows."

Steph - Advanced Technician + Clinical Manager
Steph has over 4 years experience in the Beauty Industry & has a huge passion and drive for helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
Steph has an eye for perfection and detail which she uses across all areas of her work, with both Cosmetic Tattooing procedures and all aspects of marketing!
Whilst Steph is fully qualified with years of experience, she is always eager to further her skills and invest time into learning the newest techniques.
Steph has a bright, bubbly personality and is always keen for a chat! She loves seeing clients happy which is the most rewarding part of the job.
Sage - Advanced Technician
Sage has over 8 years of experience and a wide knowledge in the Beauty Industry. She has travelled all over the world in her career, the most recent one being London to further her skills and education.
Sage is known for her attention to detail and her perfectionist nature gives her clients confidence in her expertise.
Since joining Designing Faces Sage has found her passion in Cosmetic Tattooing, perfectly aligning with her personality as she is meticulous and patient. This has allowed Sage to perfect the art of Eyebrow, Eyeliner & Lip Tattooing.
